It's metal plated and has the WWF logo and sticker on back. And yes due to its age it has a little bit of wear and tear. Which I'll post pictures of as well. But one of the screws in the back is missing from the belt which is easily replaceable and one gem is also missing from the front which is also easily replaceable.

Only other thing would be the creases on the inside of the belt from being in a folding position for so long. Other than that the belt is fine.
