Comes in a black cloth bag with the new WWE Logo on it. There are two missing "crystals" as shown in the last two photos. I have a bag of replacement crystals (authentic that came with the belt) - there are several shapes and sizes in case any others pop out. There are replacements for the missing ones, they just need to be glued in.
